As academics, we must be careful in publishing scientific articles. The following is a list of journals that are on Beall's list. I am also attaching a list of journals that are still indexed in Scopus and which are discontinued in 2021.

Indeed, an important matter where the use of the suggested lists can contribute to dealing with the predatory journals. I would like to add, besides the already mentioned list of stand-alone journals (https://beallslist.net/standalone-journals/) three important lists. The first list is the list of potential predatory publishers: https://beallslist.net/
This is important since the ‘logic’ behind the Beall’s list is that once the publisher might be suspect that ‘automatically’ all journals published by that publisher are suspect. In other words, you might miss a journal in the journal list while the journal is (indirectly) mentioned in the publishers list.
The second list is the updated versions for both the stand-alone journals and the publishers: https://beallslist.net/standalone-journals/and https://beallslist.net/#update
The third list is the list of so-called hijacked journals: the already known examples https://beallslist.net/hijacked-journals/and the list of not yet included titles https://www.researchgate.net/post/New_very_misleading_type_of_scam_Anyone_with_recent_examples

,Radar is one of the tools used by Scopus to evaluate a journal and based upon this a journal can be discontinued. According to: https://www.elsevier.com/solutions/scopus/how-scopus-works/content/content-policy-and-selection it says, and I quote: “In 2017 the Radar tool was launched, which is a data analytics algorithm created by Elsevier Data Scientists to identify outlier journal behavior in the Scopus database. Outlier journal examples include rapid and unexplainable changes to number of articles published or unexplainable changes in geographical diversity of authors or affiliations. Other features that the algorithm considers are self-citation rate and publication concerns, amongst others. The tool improves continuously by incorporating new examples or rules. It runs quarterly checking the all Scopus journals for outlier behavior.”.

I doubt the reliability of Beall's list since Beall was a librarian and not an academic. On the other hand, I fully trust Scopus and WoS. I felt in the swamp of a predatory Publisher:
I was invited by a colleague to edit a special issue for WATER (MDPI). We later realized there were no conditions to prepare the special issue and communicated our decision to the Assistant Editor of the Nevena Milojevic (in cc), who accepter. However, l later realized the journal had a web page with the issue and my name in it (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/water/special_issues/species_diversity_freshwater). Moreover, the assistant editor sent e-mail invitation to potential authors for this issue. I have been sending repeated messages to the journal demanding to delete the web paged and delete my name from this issue (as agreed), but all my messages are ignored and my name is abusively used by the publisher. This situation does not happen with serious publishers.
From my experience the unique interest of Water journal is to make money from authors.
