I have done zymography for protease and amylase but still have a problem with running gel for xalanase and ligninase zymography.

I already read the second paper, for sure I will check all the papers and try again.

I can't understand in which way could I detect MUG fluorescence in the zymogram gels: Do I have to put gel on the UV device I usually use to detect agarose gels? or there is another way? HELP PLEASE :( thanks a lot

you can view attached paper for xylanase and instead of xylan you must use ABTS for laccase.

Have you seen any paper where a zymogram gel using ABTS for laccase was described?
