Dear Pouyan, you can implement a LED using diode. As in simulation you do not require the light output but the V-I characteristics. This is how you can implement a LED in MATLAB simulink:

Find out the V-I characteristics of your LED string under test by operating them from a DC source. You will get the value of dynamic resistance and cut-off voltage. Put these value in the diode element in MATLAB Simulink.
