The “rights” in my research are those of innate rights referred to as “unalienable Rights” (life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness or positive feedback) which happens to be a version of the physical constructal law, a part of thermodynamics.
In Nigeria no one can have a relationship, os casual sexual relation with someone of the same sex, so we can "list" all that can't be done: Same-sex sexual activity legal ; Anti-discrimination laws in employment onlyAnti-discrimination laws in the provision of goods and services; Anti-discrimination laws in all other areas (Incl. indirect discrimination, hate speech); Same-sex marriages; Recognition of same-sex couples; Step-child adoption by same-sex couples; Joint adoption by same-sex couples; Gays and lesbians allowed to serve openly in the military; Right to change legal gender; Access to IVF for lesbians; Commercial surrogacy for gay male couples; MSMs allowed to donate blood .
The constitution of nigeria don't have any specification about LGBT rights, but with an analogy we can use the terms "equal rights" for everyone.
Ainda, it's possible to useThe Universal Declaration of Human Rights to fight for these rigths, or some international pacts.
But, It's a long fight, and i think it will be more usefull if you use a constitucional argument (like americans do all the time), in other words
you can propose another interpretation for the constitution base on international pacts and comparative law.
