We have developed a lesson format (A4) very user-friendlier in our language centre. It has four boxes comprising learning objectives and outcomes (Box 1), management of tasks and activities (box 2), assessment of learning (box 3) and evaluation of the whole lesson (box 4). This one A4 paper daily plan works very well to continuously improve the whole curriculum including methodology. I hope it helps!. You may like to visit my postings as well.

Partly the paper titled Quantized step-up model for evaluation of internship in teaching of prospective science teachers published by me in science education international vol. 13 pp22-24(20020) meet your requirement.
The UK government, under OFSTED, have a set of indicators (common assessment framework) which are used to make judgements about the quality of teaching within education (schools and colleges), see page 41 to 51.
Awarding bodies such as BTEC and City and Guilds have their own, but often say that teaching must fall in line with OFSTED. See page 114 of the BTEC link.
