League table in network meta-analysis produces two different values for the same comparison for only one outcome, is there a problem with this?

League table presents the comparison between different treatments in network meta-analysis. But in package "netmeta" in R it gives me two different values for the comparison between the same treatments (one above and another below the treatment) in only one outcome as in the photo attached. Is there a problem with this? if not, which value should I interpret?

Yes, you are right, the effect estimate is odds ratio, and these values are the inverse of each other.
