the substance is only soluble in very big volume of ethanol and saline so to deliver very high concentration ( 1000 mg /kg) for LD 50 test, it will be very big volume, cannot be injected once in a mouse. can I give repeated doses in less than 24 hours? and what should be the time interval between doses
