How to predict variation of YS with rolling direction in cold rolled steels?

Is their any way to calculate/predict/estimate variation of YS/UTS with rolling direction? Is it possible to calculate using the texture data EBSD/XRD?

Is there a suitable computer program which can calculate a CCt diagram for steel having very lean chemistry (C: 0.035, Mn: 0.2, Si<0.01) with 30-70 ppm boron?

Please do not refer to JMatPro. It could not calculate for varying boron concentration in the given range. Any paper describing the process would also be welcome.
