I want to understand how the laser beam interacts with scattering media sample, where the concentration of sample may vary and so vary the micro-particles distribution within the scattering sample.

I also want to understand the laser beam waist variation due to scattering and absorption by the scattering sample. Due to scattering, there will be re-distribution of incident intensity of laser beam. I want to understand that phenomena also.

Hope it makes clear expression of my doubt.
