I'm hoping someone can help me with STP 6000 setup, namely my LAS X Configurator don`t recognize STP 6000 although at the beginning STP 6000 was recognized and software was updated.

But in configurator itself (where are other parts of DMI6000B microscope - condenser turret, fluo turret...) STP 6000 is not present?

At the same time focus and stage wheels on STP are functioning and on STP display is nothig to see.
