I am trying to perform a correlation in order to understand how the degradation influences the seed vitality. The problem, however, is that the two data are not balanced. That is, the degradation measurements have 6 replicas, while germination measurements have 4 replicas. I tried to use the R for this, but it cuts out the missing values, therefore I believe that it is necessary to do some kind of resampling or bootstrap in order to pare and casually choose the values on which to perform the correlation. If you know of some similar example or can point to an R script where something similar was done I would be extremely grateful.

Thank you
