LAMP primers are amplifying the positive control but are not amplifying the clinical samples. What could be the reason?

The designed LAMP primers are working fine with the cell associated primers and the synthetic positive controls. However I am not getting signal with clinical samples. For the proper extraction process I have checked the RNA integrity and purity but still could not amplify the clinical samples.

The fact that the controls work means the issue is specific to the samples. How did you check the RNA integrity and purity? Nanodrop won't tell you anything about integrity. You have to run out part of the sample on an agarose gel.
