firstly you make polymeric solution, then fill into 3,5,10 etc ml syringe using e-spin(electrospping) software you set your flow rate , rotating drum speed, humidity, temperature, voltage, light, fan, UV, IR rays etc and you should collect your fiber on silver foil..

If you are searching for some detailed manual, unfortunately I don`t think there is such a thing...

There is huge number of designs of the electrospinning machines: using needle and/or needle-less ones. And each one will differ in its operation, functionality and possibilities. Of course, basic principles will be the same for all of them, but the operation procedure and the results may differ greatly.

The basic principles of the ES, evolution of the designs, commonly used polymers/solvents, along with the parameters affecting the electrospinning as the process itself were already covered in number of papers on the internet.
