Regarding to your questions: eq. 19 is the reparameterized equation of van 't Hoff equation, thus, by definition the exponential of the term involving the entropy has already the units required considering the (1/Pa), considering . I do recommend you to arrive to the reparameterized equation from the original van 't Hoff equation by using the definition of adsorption in terms of entropy... or try to obtain eq 19 by using the definition of the adsorption constant in terms of the forward or backward kinetic constants, there you will find the explanation of it. Remember that units come from the original equations ... it remains for the reparametrization of the Arrhenius equation ... thus i do encourage you to arrive to the reparameterized equations, eqs. 19 and 18 out of the raw equations. Consider that when required reference pressure is used to have the proper unit in reaction rate equations. Finally, for determining the cp of the solid, only use the one for TiO2 in its phase anatase, it is a nonporous support in the catalytic bed. The equilibrium constant can be dimensioned, but it can be dimensionless. It depends on whether we use the partial pressure here or relate it to the standard state. It is difficult to determine the effective properties. You need to know the porosity of the catalyst and the tortuosity factor. The unit mmol/(g h) is the rate unit. It can be dimensionless rate if we relate it to the initial rate. But that's probably not what this is about.
