Do you mean "embedded" rather than immersed? Is the porous medium rigid or deformable? Darcy's law, or are the Brinkman terms present? Do you have a version of Darcy's law which accounts for the polar fluid? Many questions...

Darcy's law allows for slip on the surface of any solid, and therefore it isn't possible to find the drag force - this is similar to the case of inviscid fluid flow past an obstacle.
