Actually, after hard and hectic review, I am agree with DMAC/LiCL to dissolve cellulose. Unfortunately by following the steps of producing cellulose solution it can not be outcomes or it did not dissolve, meanwhile I am looking for in details procedures for solvent preparations.

In my knowledge, dissolving cellulose completely using solvents is somewhat typical task. Only cellulose can be dispersed in various solvents like DMSO, DMF, DMAc etc. I have even used sonication in DMSO for this purpose but the results was just agglomerated structures.
Cellulose normally has rigid structure so in my opinion, make sure to use high temperature (starting with 220C and above).
Recently, DES (Deep Eutectic Solvents) are used efficiently to dissolve cellulose. In my opinion they are the best and have advantages over ionic liquids.
So try to use choline chloride/urea (1:2).
