Journals on Your BLACK LIST?

I wish to open a thread and ask all researchgates members about the Journals they haved problems with.

On my list I just added a journal titled: International Journal of Pressure Vessels and Piping

I just received a reply from about a paper that was send 13.12.2014. Waiting for review I yesterday 19.05.2016) received a funny answear: "After a couple of failed attempts to secure independent reviewers and another examination of the manuscript by myself, I have concluded that the manusript seems to be out of scope for this journal."

What all of You think - can some other Journal beat this acceptation date :)
