Hello,
Is it worth it to publish in an open-access journal that is not indexed by Scopus or Web of Science?
On the other hand, some journals are still new and their ISSN is still pending, the journal is legit but it is not yet indexed, is it a good idea to publish in these types of journals?

It is better to publish in an open-access journal listed in Scopus or SCI journal rather than publishing in non-indexed journal .Publishing in non-indexed or
predatory journal has no. much importance.
