I think that a specific field journal is the most important since the main theme of the paper should be in the scope and aims of the journal chosen for publication, otherwise it will be rejected right away without sending it to referees.

For me, specific field journal is considered first, then high impact

3- Fast publication process

4- Publication Charges

1: Choose According to Area of Your Specialty’s Research when needed.

2: Journal should have High Impact Factor- IF.

3: Journal should have good Reputation and High Indexed.

4: SCOPUS and WOS are Excellent Data Bases to be included.

5: Publication Process should be quick and Transparent.
