I am a clinical immunologicst who has been used immunomodulatory drugs including IFN-gamma. I already has known and felt that IFN-gamma reduced the URI frequency during IFN-gamma therpy in several allergic diseases for more than two decasaeds in more than thousands of patients.
It is the time to discuss and suggest immunotherapy using immunomodulatory drugs including IFN-gamma.
The scientists and physicians who agree or are against this opinion join and discuss about this subject.

Chloroquine and Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ):
They are found to have antiviral property as follows It interferes with cellular receptor Angiotensin Converting Enzyme-2,also it impairs acidification of endosome, which interferes with virus trafficking within the cell.
It has immunomodulatory action aswell, suppressing the release of TNF and IL-6. It acts as a novel class of autophagy inhibitor and thus interferes with viral infection and replication. It interferes with glycosylation of cellular receptor SARS-Cov 2.Dose: Infants and children: oral HCQ 3-5 mg/kg/day (max dose 400 mg) BD for 5 days. Combination of Chloroquine and azithromycin was tried recently in france and it was found to be helpful in eliminating the virus

'potential immunotherapeutic biologics in viral epidemics"?
Each one write the part that he is now studying or major in or under research or has many experience.
There is no was already to control viral epidemics by pre-existing general ways.
So, we suggtest the potential ways to control.
Now classical drug and treatment is not available for SARS-CoV-2 already.
I think it it time to try therapeutics which is safe and expcted to be effective strongly before the development of the new specific vaccine and drugs.
How do you think about this point?
And althoug not all patients, i think that we should try to save at least a part of infected patients to be alive.
