One of the free softwares to conduct extreme analysis is the ‘extRemes’ package in the "R" statistical programming language. I downloaded the RGui and the package "extRemes", but when trying to upload the package, the following message was shown..(The following objects are masked from ‘package:stats’:qqnorm, qqplot), which means that the uploaded version is not completed. I tried the author Eric Gilleland several times, but he did not answered.

it's only a message when loading the package, don't worry.
It only means, if you want to use qqplot from package extRemes, use
extRemes::qqplot(...)
since per default it uses qqplot from package stats.
But, as a result, the package is not activated, the GUI of extRemes is not uploaded and working after that!
but there is no GUI for the extRemes packages - this package is a collection of functions without GUI as far as I saw; why it should be opened or a gui working if there is no GUI?
Try this:
install.packages("in2extRemes")
library(in2extRemes)
in2extRemes()

I'm not used with R, and I went into trying this tool as the author says there is a GUI by using which knowledge of R language is not required
But, the GUI of in2extRemes is active, i think it is working, i will try it.
