Seems from this link http://rforge.net/Deducer/files/ that the most recent version was released early this year so there is some development going on seemingly. Big break between 0.7.6 and 0.7.7 though sowho knows what that means?

Else, you can make quick tweaks in your source code using ggthemes Package (search over the web) to your plots/graphs.

All of these answers are excellent, but I don't think they do what you're asking for. There is an Rstudio addin called ggThemeAssist that lets you edit plots you've made in ggplot2 with a gui. plotly and shiny are best option , I think .

ggplotAssist is the best interface I know for ggplot. It is a learning tool and over time you will realize that in some cases writing the code in R directly is simple.
