In UAE, there are other Arabic dialects used. I just want to examine students attitudes towards English, Standard Arabic and the spoken dialect using the matched guise technique. So which dialect to use the in the recorded dialect guise ?

I think it is better to use standard Arabic (the Quranic one ) in this kind of studies because it is understandable by all people there.

The common dialect in Arabic language is called Modern Standard Arabic (MSA). This dialect is understood or spoken as a second dialect by more than 206 million Arabic-speaking people. MSA is spoken in most formal situations, such as radio broadcasts, lectures and sermons, since it is the most commonly understood Arabic dialect. This dialect has been chosen in most Middle Eastern countries as the first language of the country, or at least the second in cases where a specific dialect predominates.
So I highly recommend you to use the MSA dilect.

I'm using it yes, I'm using English, MSA and a dialect. But still confused whether to use Emirati dialect or something else.
Dear Soumia, since your research is related to UAE students so I suggest to use their dialect. It would suit your title.
Yea, seems logical ... Just was thinking of those who are not from UAE. Like students from Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Algeria ......
