In a dispersion of colloidal particles under evaporation, there is generation of a capillary force which bring the particles closer, if the evaporation rate is higher, the capillary flow will increase, but what about the capillary force? The capillary force depends on the surface tension of the liquid and its contact angle on the surface of the particles, but does its magnitude change with the evaporation rate?

Thank you for taking time to reply to my question.
