Nintendo Epilepsy is a photic activation of a typical cortical crisis in predisposed subjectc; TSB seems only correlated to the monocular display light exposure in a dark room, when the contralateral eye is closed or excluded. Two of three 'normal' subjects until now reported in literature are described without basal EEG anomalies, identifyng the compromised circuit only in the asymmetrical overstimulation of the inner eye neurons (but, even monolaterally, the whole visual pathway was stressed, reading the screen for about 15'). Question is if and how these two entities could be systematically arranged in the Epilepsy chapter, introduction to whom our group would like to participate in the project.

There is an interesting idea, and, at the same time, a difficult task. Anomalies of the basal EEG reflect more subtle processes in the brain. The prerequisites of pathological processes lie at the level of interneuronal communications, when the disturbed balance of neurotransmitters and other signaling molecules is manifested. There are reasons that lead to a change in the usual input-outputs at the level of the neuron pools. Therefore, it is necessary to look for both common features between epileptogenic states, and the reasons for the differences in the mechanisms of these states.
