Dear researchers and Scholars,
I want to ask when a researcher does not have a complete sampling
frame/or list what options left for him/or her to still follow probability sampling. I meant doe he/she still continue with probability sampling while not having full access to sampling frame. what options are available to him/her?

Maybe you could do cluster sampling. If, for example, a geographic area were divided into subareas to use as clusters, then you could randomly sample the clusters, and only have to deal with the frame for the clusters randomly selected. That might make your frame issue more manageable.
For this, I suggest that you find a survey sampling book or books, and use the Internet, and research "cluster sampling," and "area sampling."
