i tried dis procedure 3-4 times bt unfortunately i m not able 2 get proper result, i mean no perfect band pattern n sometime no bands at all
i m working on rhizobium strain n want to isolate sym plasmid
i will be vry much grateful to you if you can suggest me something more about this
