Need help, Please guide me which indexing is more preferable and why? moreover, Is there any difference between we get published in ISI indexed journal or ABDC indexed journal which respect to acceptance.

This question was asked before, not long ago, and I will give the same answer, the ABDC belongs mainly to one continent, and the ISI (called today Clarivate Analytics) is an international indexing database. So, it actually depends on the location of your scientific community, because you would want to inform them first on your research results.
ISI is better than ABDC because ISI belongs to Clarivate Analytics which is second worlds biggest database and also having more list of high impact factor journals which leads to more citation. Perhaps, ABDC is relatively small database plus there is difference in the ranking criteria. If a journal is listed in both databases, it is more preferable.
