Some of the new journals are indexed in the Scopus database while others are indexed in Web of Science only especially those in the emerging sources citation index category.
I would like to know which one is a better indexing database for journals and what is the difference between them.

In some countries, Mexico and Spain for example, WOS is the "maximum", while in others, for example Colombia, they consider Scopus more relevant. There is no defined criteria.
Since Impact factor is calculated to the data base of Web of Science, therefore WOS is bettter one when compared to Scopus.
Sor example Journal of Xidian University is a fake journal which is shown is Scopus data base. The home page given in the Scopus is linked to a fake one with the same ISSN. If you visit this, one will cry....
Where as such problem is not there with WoS.
Scopus with Web of Science have good indexing
Some journals only Web of Science but not Scopus, but that journal database has not up to the mark
