I think the chart is good, but the factors are not. And I didn't know why

Ricardo Tadeu Maia is exactly right - you have gone as far as you can with the linear background, and need to replace it with a function that better represents the actual form, possibly a polynomial or Chebyshev function.

During refinement, we need to bring all the agreement factors like Rp, Rwp, Rexp etc. as low as possible in addition to the chi2 value. In your refinement, the Rp value is above 80. So, accepting this refinement as a good fitting will be hard.
If the less intensity peaks at positions greater than 80 degrees are not the main peak that determines the phase of the sample, try refinement up to the angular position of 80 degrees.
