Moringa seeds used to treat domestic as well as industrial wastewater because it may act as a sufactant & coagulant, So the aggregation of the waste matter may occur which can  be removed.

Yes I agree with you that  Moringa seeds were used for (PRIMARY TREATMENT OF DOMESTIC AS WELL AS INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER AS A COAGULANT) and not for ( BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT OR OTHER TREATMENTS). Refer to the links below for articles as a proof. I do not agree with our colleague Madhukar Baburao Deshmukh for using it as a (SURFACTANT) as I did not find an article which proves this. Regards

In a very recent study, we have found that the seed powder exhibits a remarkable reduction in turbidity and coliform count which makes the seed powder a good source for water purification. The acetone extract of seed had a strong antibacterial activity. It reveals that the seed powder and its extract can control and reduce water borne bacterial diseases. This study was conducted in the Angereb River, Gondar, Ethiopia - one of the sources of the Nile river.
