You have asked a question, and have tried to answer it your last sentence, quoted from the Web site. But you can't always believe Web sites, especially those put out by the publisher. Rather examine the contents of some issues. I have done so and am totally unimpressed. Avoid Elixir like the plague!

In connection with Ali Al-Naji's answer let me note that while the web site hosting the original Beall's list (scholarly-oa.com) does not host it anymore, I have recently come across another web site

I thing its not a good journal. Because its doesn't indexed by any of scopus, EBSCO, Thomson Reuters and etc. So don't put the paper in this journal.
It is a poor journal. It should be classified under predatory journals., It is not indexed by any of scopus, EBSCO, Thomson Reuters. Whatever article you send (even if you copy from textbook) it will be accepted within no time. Though Journal management claims it is peer-reviewed, I dont think they will send your article for any reviewer.
I published one of my studies in Elixir, but afterwards I checked its name in List of PREDATORY journals at multiple places. My query is, can I give the same paper in some other journal for publication if Elixir is the fake one or will it be against research ethics? I contacted the journal multiple times as the paper is not showing anywhere in online databases, but every time they state some reason.

I have not done anything with them. They sent me an invitation to send a manuscript but unfortunately, I do not send manuscripts to journals begging for manuscripts. I believe what people have commented long ago (above) about the journal. I advise the editorial board to learn how to do things right so that such negative comments about them should stop.
Elixir journals are predatory Journals!!! Not good outfits for publishing research articles!!!
