Most of the journals that you have listed are predatory in nature and don't really perform any peer review. They just about publish anything and everything that you submit to them. The exceptions are Construction and building materials and Alexandria engineering journal. I am unaware of the quality of concrete research letters to comment on it. The rest, you better stay away...

To choose a journal for publishing your manuscript, you should check the following:
1- The journal must have an ISSN.
2- The editorial board should consist of academics or professionals with scientific degree.
3-The journal must have a review process of manuscripts.
4- The journal most have plagiarism software to check the accepted manuscript.
5- The journal should be indexed by a well known scientific organizations.
