Is this the fungal hyphae grow in stomatal pore? Photo on 6600X. I observed this on the seed surface accidently. The rest of stomata on the seed surface lack this kind of growth/hyphae. Thanks in advance.
I guess various parts can be seen in these kinds of shots, but it will not be easy to decide if this is a fungal part. I think that the sample you shoot is a part of itself or a part of external factors.
I am working on the stomata. I have seen this under a light microscope, and these fungal hyphae are in the stomata pores and have nothing to do with the abnormality of the stomata.
