Dear colleagues,
Could someone help me to identify this animal? He was found in a meiofauna sample from a shipwreck in 30m deep.
I think that there's a nematode inside him.
What do you think?
Thanks
Dear William Johnson
This is a species of Rotifera. I am not sure of the species yet.
It is not clear enough to say it is nematode or not, but I don't think it is nematode
it is not Nematode.

What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.
