The publisher “American Research and Publication Center (ARPC)” is somehow not mentioned in the Beall’s list (yet) but there are red flags:
-They are not mentioned positive here https://susanhegeman.com/2020/03/07/predatory-journal-of-liberal-arts-and-humanities-stole-my-identity/ and here https://libguides.csun.edu/predatory_publishing/casestudies
-Indexing of the journal is full of fake metrics (so-called misleading metrics https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/) like DRJI, ESJI, Cosmos etc. often used by predatory journals and publishers
-DOAJ is misleadingly listed while they are no member
-One of the very few papers (see enclosed file) seem to miss basically everything: no DOI, no received and accepted info and… no author(s)
Bealls' list is the more untruthful and fake. He received a lot of lawsuits for prejudice and other charges, his page was removed from the University of Colorado website, he was fired. He had his 15 min of glory and faded away. One-third of the journals, in his opinion, were fake. Most of them are from developing countries. His criteria are flawed and should not be taken into consideration. He is against the Open Source movement.
