Hmm well I saw few reports were researchers mentioned that thermal expansion is possible in low pressure corrosive environment, but I still doubt them as thermal expansion takes place at higher temperature due to which electrons are energized and hence they start loosely bound and hence lead to overall expansion of the metal, but how can corrosive environment at low pressure lead to expansion, okay I agree low pressure is somehow responsible but what is the role of corrosive environment.
