yes 27f 1492 r is the suitable primer for lactic acid bacteria

In my opinion you are asking for universal primers that selectively amplify lactic acid bacteria....till date there are no such primers available....the available universal bacterial primers designed by Lane and other authors amplify all bacteria.....hope this information will work for you

Furthermore, primer 27F does not capture bifidobacteria, so therefore it is not suitable to detect lactic acid bacteria
