Thanks, Michael. I want to concentrate IgG into a locally confined region from the bulk, could you provide me some suggestions in deteal? thanks so much!

For IgG I would suggest the use of Protein A, which is relatively cheap and very stable. It also can be regenerated with acidic buffers (about pH 2.5) many times.
