Hi, I need to run a total of 624 regressions and i was wondering if there was software to allow many regressions to be ran at once.

Just to add more detail, I am trying to do regressions with the data on the left grouped in 6 samples vertically, against the samples on the right also grouped in 6 samples vertically. I want a regression, for each 6 samples vertically, so this would be 26 groups on the left against 20 on the right for each line. I want to repeat this for every line seen on the left forming a regression with the one line on the right.
I have a terrible feeling that we may be telling you how to do what you asked, rather than finding out why the heck you want to do it. That's like selling to someone who came into your shop asking for a hosepipe that would fit the exhaust of a Volkswagen Golf.
Do you mean run them in parallel, so literally at once, or do you mean just automatically run them in sequence and record all the results? I can't tell from your question. As Jochen Wilhelm says, R is well suited for this task (as are lots of others). There are packages from running multiple processers, and commands like loop and apply which will just run them automatically (and these are in lots of data analysis packages). If you need to use information from one regression in the next regression, then obviously the parallel approach won't work. With only 600 or so regressions, unless your sample is large and/or your model is complex, probably worth just running them in sequence.

Take a look at the R package modelr. Most likely, a multilevel model is what you really want.
