If we want to answer historically,

every one needs to count before everything.

So, I think counting is the beginning of everything, there are many ways to counting. "The Natural Number was Created"

It is very exciting that counting and the beginning of the natural numbers are the basis of mathematics.

Mathematics as a science built from axioms, they were proved later.

The algorithms Science , it's old, and now very important.

One candidate for consideration: Diagnosis of a disease state in a human, eg, leprosy.

I think that the first one os logic, but now it is a part of math
