In order to slow down the development of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic (causing Covid-19 disease), kindergartens and schools were temporarily closed as part of the systemic anti-pandemic and sanitary safety instruments. Children contact each other and carry out classes during home quarantine and using remote communication tools via the Internet. The key role in this matter is played by parents and guardians, who control and help children in the implementation of specific tasks, homework, etc., which children receive from teachers via instant messengers, social media portals and e-learning internet platforms created for this purpose. Unfortunately, not all citizens, not all children, have the necessary IT equipment, e.g. specific technology, generation of computer equipment and high-quality data transfer via their internet connections. Then you may have problems with current online communication in real time.
In my country ,Iran, Kindergarten children are the only individuals who are deprived of distance learning through digital applications. The appropriate infrastructures for this group is deficient and actually non-existent.
