Hello! I'm studying about RNA editing these days and became curious if there is anything like computer simulation program that gives me editing prediction if I input guideRNA and mutation data...I'm preparing for the presentation about RNA editing and wanna do more extra further research by myself!
If I can make my own editing experiment protocol using computer program, that would be perfect but I don't know if there is anything like that..!
