Is there FREE flow cytometry analysis software?

I am looking for a nice, free, software for analysing my flow cytometry data. I would absolutely need some cell cycle analysis tool.

there were quite a few programs out there, but I think may of them struggle now to run on windows 7 or later. but on winxp they still should do fine.

a very buggy software is winmdi.

a more user friendly is cyflogic (this one could probably also run on win7/8)

once i also tried LAP using but I wasn't very happy using this one.
