If you are looking for optical constants of bulk materials I recommend this page: http://refractiveindex.info/
Scattering, absorption and scattering anisotropy coefficients of spherical scatterers can be calculated from optical constants of the material, diameter and concentration of scatteres. You can use Mie theory to do such calculations. Here is online application that can do that: http://omlc.org/calc/mie_calc.html
Thank you for your esteemed answer Maciej, Regarding spherical scatterers using Mie Scattering Calculation i think that not allow us to calculate absorption coefficient and anisotropy, am i right?
