It is known that in the Process Modules used in ARENA has a certain delay time embedded into it. Suppose an entity arrives and is getting processed by resources. Is there anyway, an outside entity can get info on how much time is remaining ?

Yes, there is. While joining the queue or seizing the resource you can use such information. In the corresponding modules(or in assing) , right click and use the"build" function. Several options will arise as number in queue, elapsed time etc. You can formulate the entity accordingly.
