Is there anyone who is working with inhibition of Quorum sensing using Chromobacterium violaceum ATCC 12472?

I have been trying hard to maintain the viability of the culture but somehow I fail every time. Even after subculturing it after a week, it decides not to grow. Can anyone please help me with what to do to maintain it beyond? I grow it on NA at 37 degrees Celsius.
