My molecule molecular weight is 564.86, the chemical formula is C38H52N42+. The positive charges are on the nitrogens.
I ran a mass spec to characterise it and I found 281.9 as major peak.
290 and 563.4 are the others peaks
The mass spec calculator gives me different value, which is 282.21

You should do a mass calibration on your instrument, which seems to be off by about 0.3 amu on the low end of the mass range. Could the empirical formula be C38H50N4? Then the peaks correspond to: m/z @ 282.21 amu, for [M+2H]2+, m/z @ 290.71 amu for [M+H3O]2+ , m/z @ 563.41 amu for [M+H]+.
