I have mass spectrum files taken from the Microflex MALDI-TOF Biotyper of Bruker that need to be converted to peak or meg files.  The problem is that I don't know the file name extension of the Microflex software to choose a suitable converter software.  Moreover, I have a folder that contains many subfolders and files for every spectrum that I don't know which file(s) to convert?
