I was reading a thesis in which i encounter the compounds that the author used for his experiment.He provides the structure of all 10 compunds but not name.I have attached the pdf file.please have a look and see if you know the name of any structure please write here or any other online portal where i can find out.
Try SciFinder, it has naming for structures, but you may have to draw it, again.
I don't know whether there is an online tool,
but isn't there a sketch recognition in Google?

If there are only 10 compounds, simply draw them into a standard chemical drawing package and then use the naming tool in the program.
Symyx, Chemdraw etc
emolecules is a free online searching site, which will find them if they are available commercially
ChemSpider is an online searching tool from the RSC, with a java drawing tool. You can convert these structures to a SMILES string here too
ChemAxon provide a number of chemoinformatics tools thaat are freely available to students and those in academic institutions. One feature is a structure to IUPAC name tool, which can be embedded into excel/word/etc
Even if there is an online ChemOCR tool, the PDF you have attached is of very bad quality so you will have to draw them with something else as some of the structures have bonds missing
There should be something here to get you started
